The People Performance Audit™ is conducted one-on-one with your chief executive, or business owner, for a strategic overview of your company and is conducted in three steps:
1) On-site interview and conduct of audit – takes from 1 to 1 ½ hours. We will conduct the interview with you face-to-face at your convenience in order to ensure the accuracy of the audit.
2) Audit Analysis. Analysis is conducted by Lamplighter staff, with key priorities and recommendations for performance improvement made by Lamplighter.
3) On-site Recommendations. We present key recommendations to you on-site, taking you through a one hour review and report. Results are yours for immediate implementation.
